T3 2025 Internship – Analysts & Junior Traders

We are seeking 5 passionate and driven individuals to join our 2025 Fall Internship Program! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trading strategy development, research, and technical infrastructure while working alongside with our trading desk.

📍 Duration: August – December 2025
📍 Location: Office at 16 Mohamed Sultan Road 

Who we are looking for:

✅ AI/ML & NLP Developers – Students with prior internship experience in AI-driven research or developing NLP applications.
✅ Computer Science (CS) Students – Strong interest in AI/quantitative research with independent R&D capabilities.
✅ Investment Analysts – Prior experience in trading or investment firms.
✅ Junior Traders – Existing strategies seeking mentorship and/or capital support.
✅ Aspiring Traders – Minimum 1 year of trading experience (or demonstrable market knowledge).

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Technical Infrastructure & Development

• Assist in building a Gen-AI trading system.

• Develop and maintain backtesting frameworks, risk engines, and reporting tools.

• Create and maintain client and ops dashboards.

• Create and optimize trading platform adapters for strategy deployment.

• Build applications for signal generation, execution, and performance tracking.

✔ Strategy R&D & Implementation

• Design, backtest, and deploy systematic & discretionary trading strategies.

• Conduct cross-asset research (FX, indices, commodities, metals) to identify opportunities.

• Document research findings, strategy logic, and backtest results.

✔ Trading Desk & Business Collaboration

• Collaborate on R&D initiatives and provide analytical/operational support.

• Engage in live market analysis and real-time trading insights.
